How is it possible to see a cruel action against an animal as a humanistic heritage, which has to be honored. Is this humanity? Is this mankind? Has this to be protected and maintained to continue? If so, it is a stop on progress of humankind, because cruelty to a living creature is unacceptable and has to be banned forever.
