Kde domov můj?

Žije nás tu ke dnešku přes 7 mld. LIDÍ. Jsme lidé a to je podstatné. Jsme různých barev, různých vyznání ale to je tak všechno a tyto 2 odlišnosti jsou pro mne nepodstatné protože všechno ostatní máme společné. Krev máme stejně rudou, zrovna tak máme i stejné slzy. Naše těla jsou z kostí, masa a hlavně máme mozek, který z nás dělá jedinečné osobnosti.

Jmenuji se Štefan, narodil jsem se v socialistickém Československu v českém pohraničí známé také jako sudety. Né nejsem němec . Moji  rodiče pochází ze slovenska s maďarskými kořeny a hlavně oba jsou romové. Tato petice není jen  o mě ale takový původ s malými změnami mají prakticky všichni co se pod tuto petici podepsali. Romové se nazýváme nově, neboť tak rozhodli v 80 letech 20.století v Londýně starší romové a původní název cikáni by měl zaniknout. Nechci o tomto polemizovat na to jsou tu fundovaní tak jako o našem původu, protože do dnes nikdo vědecky fakticky nepotvrdil to ,že jsme buďto podle pangermánské studie potomci Indů s kterými máme některé lingvistické podoby, podle sionistů jsme zapomenutá Levitská větev a existují prý genealogické důkazy a jiní teologové tvrdí, že jsme potomci nejstarší civilizace z povodí Eufrat a Tigrid dle bible a jiných dochovaných starobylích dokumentů. Podstatné ale pro mě je to, že já a můj otec jsme se narodili v česku. Z toho také vycházím.

Dlouho jsem nechápal proč mi moji rodiče tajili můj původ a vždy mě utvrzovali o mém češství. V průběhu času jsem tyto jejich obavy začal vnímat dost citelně, už na škole a následném studiu. Kdykoliv jsme četli o cikánech , většinou hanlivě tak učitelka všem dětem oznamovala ať si mne pozorně prohlédnou. Na střední škole jsem častěji pociťoval svou odlišnost a mnoho pedagogů mi dávali na jevo ,že jako cikán nebudu mít na další složitější studium, ale opak byl pravdou.

Dnes si uvědomuji,že tzv. ANTICIGÁNISMUS který je dílem majority za podpory vlády  se už pěstuje v česku od útlého školního věku. Následně v zaměstnání je tato uměle vytvořená nálepka obrovským handicapem a v důsledku toho jsme odkázáni na sociální benefity které z většiny z nás vytváří parazitující jedince a navíc se  česká vláda rozhodla nás segregovat v ghetech kde automaticky bují díky chudobě kriminalita,drogová závislost a romové se dostávají do nekonečného asociálního kruhu.

Pracující i nezaměstnaná majorita je v důsledku tohoto podněcována k  nenávisti a xenofobii . To je jen skromný výčet toho jak již několik generací romové v československu a následně v česku musí nést hořké břímě méněcennosti.

Ovšem vrchol všeho a o tom je vlastně tato petice  je , že česká republika nedodržuje mezinárodní úmluvu :

Mezinárodní úmluvu o odstranění všech forem rasové diskriminace přijalo Valné shromáždění OSN dne 21. prosince 1965. Československá socialistická republika podepsala úmluvu dne 7. března 1966, ratifikační listina byla po vyjádření souhlasu Federálního shromáždění Československé socialistické republiky a ratifikaci prezidentem uložena dne 29. prosince 1966 u Generálního tajemníka OSN, depozitáře úmluvy. Úmluva byla publikována ve Sbírce zákonů jako vyhláška Ministerstva zahraničních věcí Československé socialistické republiky č. 95/1974 Sb.

I když byla sepsána za Československo tak Česko tuto smlouvo ratifikovalo.

A petice není jen mířena na politické hnutí SPD Tomia Okamury a jeho pochlebovačům kteří se veřejně  hlásí ke genocidě  obyvatel a znevažují romský holocaust ale i na současnou hlavu státu Miloše Zemana neboť několikrát svými výroky tuto mezinárodní úmluvu porušil a neustále podněcuje k nenávisti  a rozděluje celistvé myšlení národa.

Obsah petice :

My romové ,občané České  republiky vyzýváme všechna  mezinárodní uskupení aby donutily českou vládu dodržovat všechny poválečné mezinárodní úmluvy na odstranění všech forem rasové diskriminace. Dále žádáme aby nynější prezident Miloš Zeman abdikoval a odešel do politického ústraní. A v  neposlední řadě žádáme aby ústavní soud České republiky prozkoumal hnutí SPD Tomia Okamury ,jestli  toto politické uskupení neporušuje ústavu české republiky.

Today, we are over 7 billion people living here. Primarily, we are all human. Many of us are of different colour and following different religion but these two differences are irrelevant to me because we are all the same. We have the same red blood and so are our tears. Our bodies are made of bones, flesh and its only our brain that gives us unique personalities.

My name is Štefan, I was born in socialist Czechoslovakia near Czech borders also known as the Sudetes. No, I am not German. Both of my parents come from Slovakia with Hungarian roots but more importantly, they are both Roma. This petition is not just about me, in theory all Roma who signed this petition share the similar roots like me. The name ‘Roma’ is still quite new, this term has been established by our elders in London during the 80s in order to replace the derogatory name for ‘Gypsy’. I am not here to argue over the already established debate about where we Roma come from. In fact, up to now nobody was ever able to scientifically confirm if the Panamanian study of the Indian descendance with whom we share some of our linguistic forms is correct, or if according to the Zionists we are a long forgotten Levitan branch or, if the allegedly genealogical evidence which claims that we are the descendants of an ancient civilization who lived near the rivers of Euphrates and Tigris is correct. What really is important to me is a fact that I and my father were born in Czech and that’s where I would like to begin.

For a long time, I did not understand why my parents kept my origins away from me, instead they always assured me of my Czech origin. Over the course of time, I have realised why they did that. I began to feel their fears quite noticeably at high school and during my studies accordingly. Every time we would read a book rogue and dishonest ‘gypsies’, our teacher would order all children to take a close look at me. During my secondary education, I felt the prejudice even more when my lectures tried to convince me that as a ‘gypsy’ I will struggle in more advanced study, but over the course of time I proved them wrong.

Now, I realised that the so-called ‘Anti-Gypsism’ has always been a ‘grooming tool’ used by majority supported by the Government from an early school age in Czech Republic. As a result, in employment this artificially created stigma puts a massive handicap. Therefore, many of us are dependent on social state benefits and this inevitably produces parasitic individuals. In addition to that, the Czech government has decided to segregate our communities into ghettos where crime and drug addiction strives on our Roma people which created an endless anti-social circle.

As a result, both the employed and unemployed majority of non-Roma people are incited to hatred and xenophobia. This is only a small taste of how several Roma generations in Czechoslovakia and subsequently in Czech Republic must bear this bitter burden of inferiority.

This petition is the pinnacle of everything and in fact, it is about Czech Republic not following the international convention:

The International Convention Eliminates of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and was adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on the 21st of December 1965. The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic signed the Convention on 7 March 1966. The instrument of ratification was approved by the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and deposited on the 29th of December 1966 observed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who was also the depositary of the Convention. The Convention was publicly published in the collection of laws by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 95/1974 Coll.

Even though this was written during the time of Czechoslovakia, the Czech Republic ratified and fully accepted this treaty.

This petition is not only aimed at the SPD political party of Tomio Okamura and his associates who publicly accept the genocide of the Roma population and degrades the Romani Holocaust, but it is also aimed at the current president of Czech Republic Milos Zeman due to his numerous violation of the International Convention Treaty. Milos Zeman continually encourages the hatred and separates the entire nation and their perceptive.

Summary of the Petition: 

We Roma, citizens of the Czech Republic, call on all international groups to force the Czech government to obey all post-war international conventions to eliminate all forms of racial discrimination. Furthermore, we ask that the President Milos Zeman to resign and go to the political retreat. Finally, we are asking the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic to investigate the SPD political party of Tomia Okamura as we believe that this political group violates the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
