Petition Regarding Work Shift Allocation

We, the undersigned employees of Werk&Ik, are writing to formally express our concerns regarding the recent reduction in our assigned work shifts. Many of us have been receiving fewer shifts than before, which has significantly impacted our financial stability and overall well-being.

As dedicated workers, we rely on the consistency of at least six shifts per week to sustain our livelihoods. However, the current situation has left us struggling, and we feel that our concerns have not been adequately addressed.

Therefore, we respectfully request that starting from week 10 (March 10–17, 2025), we be reinstated to our regular six shifts per week schedule. Should this issue remain unresolved, we are prepared to take collective action and not report to work on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, as a demonstration of our concerns.

We urge you to address this matter promptly and work with us to find a fair solution. We remain committed to our work and to the success of Dnata, but we also need assurance that our rights and needs as workers are being met.
